A. I Connect Directly to the Camera’s Wi-Fi

Step 1: Ensure cameras can connect to the host camera
  • Turn off all Athlee cameras.
  • Turn on one camera first and wait 60 seconds.
  • Confirm the first camera has created the expected Athlee Wi-Fi network by checking that the Wi-Fi is visible in the list of Wi-Fi in your iPad’s Wi-Fi settings.
  • Once confirmed, turn on the remaining cameras.

Step 2: Restart the Athlee App
  • Completely close the Athlee app:
  • Swipe up from the bottom of your iPad screen to open the app switcher.
  • Swipe up on the Athlee app to fully close it.
  • Open the Athlee app again and check if all cameras are now visible in the app.

Step 3: Identify Cameras Not Connecting
  • If some cameras still don’t appear, identify all the cameras showing up in the app first, turn them off, and put them aside.
  • For each camera that you did not see in the app follow the steps in “I Cannot See the Athlee Wi-Fi Network” to verify that the camera has a working Wi-Fi.
  • Step 4: Reset and Reconfigure Cameras (If Required)
  • If missing cameras do broadcast their reset Wi-Fi networks, proceed by resetting all cameras:
  • Follow the FAQ guide for “How to Change Your Athlee Camera Wi-Fi Name” to reconfigure all cameras at once.
  • If a camera does NOT create its own Athlee Wi-Fi, it might be malfunctioning. Contact Athlee Support for assistance.

B. I Connect via the Pool Wi-Fi at My Facility

Step 1: Verify Cameras and Wi-Fi
  • Confirm your external Wi-Fi (Access Point) is turned on and operational.
  • Make sure all cameras are powered on and within Wi-Fi coverage (minimum -65 dBm recommended).

Step 2: Restart the Athlee App
  • Completely close the Athlee app.
  • Swipe up from the bottom of your iPad screen to open the app switcher.
  • Swipe up on the Athlee app to fully close it.
  • Open the Athlee app again and check if all cameras are now visible in the app.

Step 3: Identify Cameras Not Connecting
  • If some cameras still don’t appear, identify all the cameras showing up in the app first, turn them off, and put them aside.
  • For each camera you did not see in the app, follow the steps in “I Cannot See the Athlee Wi-Fi Network” to verify that each camera has a working Wi-Fi.

Step 4: Reset and Reconfigure Cameras (If Required)
  • If each camera indeed has a working Wi-Fi, reset each camera and configure it again.
  • If a camera does NOT create its own Athlee Wi-Fi, it might be malfunctioning. Contact Athlee Support for assistance.
