If the Athlee app tells you that you’re not connected to the correct Wi-Fi, follow these steps:

Step 1: Check Your Wi-Fi Connection

  • On your iPad, go to Settings → Wi-Fi.
  • Connect to the correct network:
    - If your cameras are connected to a permanent pool Wi-Fi, choose that network.
    - If your cameras are using their built-in Wi-Fi, connect to the camera’s Wi-Fi (factory default: Athlee-Streaming or your custom name).

Step 2: Close and Reopen the Athlee App

  • Swipe up from the bottom of the iPad screen.
  • Swipe the Athlee app away completely so it is fully closed.
    ⚠️ It’s not enough to just navigate away from the app — it must be shut down entirely.
  • Reopen the Athlee app and check if the issue is resolved.

Step 3: Restart the iPad

If the problem continues:

  • Close the Athlee app completely (as described above).
  • Restart the iPad.
  • Open the Athlee app again and test the connection.

Step 4: Contact Support

If none of these steps work, please reach out to Athlee Support for further assistance.
