If your camera isn’t turning on, follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.
Plug in the charger and let your Athlee Camera charge for at least 1 hour.
• Make sure the charger is properly clicked into place.
• Wait a full hour before trying to power on the camera.
• After charging, remove the charger completely from the camera.
• Then, press the power switch once (do not hold it down).
• If the camera doesn’t respond at all, or
• If you see only a very short blink from the LED (about 0.1 seconds) when pressing the power switch
This indicates the camera may be in a failure state.
