My Athlee Camera turns on and shows up on the Athlee App, but the stream is black

If your camera appears in the Athlee app (e.g. CAM 1, CAM 248) but the video stream is just a black screen, try the following steps:

Step 1: Fully Close the Athlee App

•        Exit the app and swipe it away from the iOS multitasking view.

(It should no longer appear as a running app.)

•        Then, reopen the Athlee app and check if the stream now appears.

Step 2: Restart the Camera

•        Turn off the Athlee Camera using the power button.

•        Wait a few seconds, then turn the camera back on.

•        Reconnect to the camera through the Athlee app and check the stream again.

Still Seeing a Black Stream?

If restarting the app and the camera doesn’t solve the issue:
