After turning on your Athlee Camera, wait about 60 seconds. Then open your iPad or iPhone’s Wi-Fi settings.
There are two possible scenarios for connecting, depending on whether you’re using a permanent Pool (Facility) Wi-Fi or solely using the camera’s built-in Wi-Fi.
Scenario 1: Using the Cameras Own Wi-Fi
(This happens when the cameras have not been connected to a Pool (Facility) Wi-Fi, or when they are being turned on outside the Wi-Fi range of the Pool (Facility) Wi-Fi they’ve been connected to — for example, when you bring the cameras on a trip away from your regular pool setup.)
- In iOS Wi-Fi settings, look for a network called: Athlee-Streaming
- Tap to connect.
- Enter the password: feedback (all lowercase)
- You’re now directly connected to the camera’s Wi-Fi.
Scenario 2: Using Pool (Facility) Wi-Fi
(This happens when the cameras are set up to use your Pool (Facility) Wi-Fi and are turned on within Wi-Fi range of that network.)
- Make sure your Pool (Facility) Wi-Fi is turned on.
- Make sure your Athlee Cameras are turned on within Wi-Fi range of your Pool (Facility) Wi-Fi (e.g. inside the pool area).
- In iOS Wi-Fi settings, connect your iPad or iPhone to the same Pool (Facility) Wi-Fi (e.g. Swim Club Pool Wi-Fi).
- The Athlee Cameras will automatically connect to that network.
- Now your iPad and cameras are on the same Wi-Fi, and due to this, your cameras are now available in the Athlee app.
