In the activation email we sent you, you will find your Wi-Fi name as well as Wi-Fi password. If you are having issues finding the activation email, these are the most common reasons and solutions: 

- The activation email was sent to the email address you used to place the Athlee order. Make sure you check the same email address. 

- Occasionally, the activation email ends up in the spam folder. Please check this folder and look for sidsel@athlee.com as the sender. 

- The activation email is only sent to you when we have shipped your entire Athlee order. 

- If you accidentally reset the Wi-Fi password of your Athlee Camera, you are given a default password. Please contact our support team for further assistance.
