Four cameras are used and stream to five iPads. The iPads are shared across lanes so that all swimmers in lanes 1–8 receive delayed video feedback. For example, the iPad placed between lanes 4 and 5 streams from both camera 2 and camera 3. Swimmers in lane 4 watch themselves on that iPad from camera 2, while swimmers in lane 5 watch themselves from camera 3. In this way, four cameras and five iPads provide feedback for all 56 swimmers. The setup can be used in both 25-meter and 50-meter pools.
