Drill 330

Three cameras are used: Camera 1 films the Turn, Camera 2 films the Dolphins, and Camera 3 films the Breakout. Camera 1 can be moved to lane 3 to film the Turn from the opposite side. The coach (or a swimmer) records one swimmer at a time, capturing streams from multiple cameras. The recordings are used for after-swim analysis. The pool is 50 meters, with the 15-meter mark highlighted.
