Two cameras are used. One is placed above water on a chair to film the swimmers as they jump from the starting block. The other is placed underwater to capture the dive entry and underwater dolphin kicks. Swimmers jump in, swim halfway down the pool, move across lane 1 to the side, and review their swims on the iPad. They then get out, walk back to the starting block, and repeat the sequence. Occasionally, the coach brings out one swimmer for a one-on-one session, recording on a separate iPad and discussing the swimmer’s dive and dolphins.
