Two cameras are placed at the side of the pool, covering lanes 2 and 3 over about half the pool length. Swimmers in these lanes swim into the wall and then review their swims on iPads running on a four-split screen. Two of the streams come from camera 1 and two from camera 2, giving the swimmers four views of the same swim from the side perspective. The coach is also involved and uses a third iPad running live, allowing the coach to see the action 10 seconds before the swimmers and guide their attention to what they should be looking at on the delayed iPads.
