Two cameras are used: one placed at the lane rope between lanes 1 and 2, and the other at the lane rope between lanes 3 and 4. Three iPads are set up to provide video feedback. The iPad in lane 1 runs on a 10-second delay for the swimmer in lane 1. The iPad between lanes 2 and 3 runs on a four-split screen, with two delays streaming from camera 1 and two delays streaming from camera 2, so that swimmers in both lanes 2 and 3 can review their swims on the same iPad. The iPad in lane 4 streams from camera 2 to provide feedback to lane 4. With this setup, three iPads give constant video feedback to swimmers in four lanes.
